  • Develop an awareness of the need to share responsibilities and to understand one another in order to achieve a common goal.
  • Develop the individual's own unique personality.
  • Broaden the life experience of the participant by providing her opportunities to make responsible decisions, to develop social confidence and to relate to peers, parents, and adults in general.

AMICETTES - Ages 9-13
Amicettes are girls 9 to 13 years of age who are willing to strive toward the high ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and who demonstrate potential for leadership in service to the community.  Amicettes are affiliated through local graduate chapters.

The Pearlettes are girls 4-8 years old.  Pearlettes were adopted by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. as a National Youth Auxiliary during the 74th National Conference held in Orlando, Florida in July of 1994.

The Pearlettes provide activities which present opportunities for youth to develop leadership skills, personal etiquette, and social skills.

These young ladies are involved in activities that will foster productive citizenship. They are taught to always strive to reach their maximum potential by giving and serving with a cheerful heart, loving their sisters with unfailing kindness, and treating everyone with respect.
